Custom and Personalized Items
Ronadela products are made to order using the name, photo, artwork, size, color, and instructions submitted by the customer. Because these products are personalized, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to preference changes, customer-entered spelling or capitalization, image selection, or minor screen-to-print color differences.
Name-Only Sticker Sheets
A proof is not provided for name-only sticker sheets. Please review the name, spelling, capitalization, font, size mix, and color before placing your order. The name will be produced exactly as entered. Longer names remain on one line and may be reduced in size to fit the selected layout.
Custom Artwork, Portrait, and Gang-Sheet Orders
A digital proof will be emailed before production. One revision is included unless the product page states otherwise. Please review spelling, artwork, size, placement, and orientation carefully. If Ronadela does not receive a response within 48 hours after the proof is sent, the proof will be treated as approved and production will begin.
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. After a proof is approved, or after the 48-hour response period has passed and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for preference changes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof or submitted name, contact Ronadela within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, Ronadela will provide an appropriate replacement, remake, or refund.
Artwork and File Quality
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork they own or have permission to reproduce. Low-resolution files, artifacts already present in submitted artwork, and visible backgrounds left in files without purchasing background removal are not considered production defects when they appear in the final print.
Color and Application
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished UV DTF print. Application problems caused by an unsuitable, textured, wet, dirty, flexible, or improperly prepared surface are not considered product defects.
